Localhost's creation processes

 Localhost 

"Localhost" refers to the local machine or server that you are currently using-hence, in effect, your computer into a hosting server. When accessing localhost, you are directing your system to connect to itself - a common practice for testing web applications locally before uploading them to a live environment.

To set up your computer as a localhost, you need to use software like XAMPP.

Download XAMPP

Step 01: Search for XAMPP and you will find the website.

Step 2: Select the option that corresponds to your operating system.

Step 3: Either click "click here" (highlighted in red) or it will start automatically after a while. 

Step-04: Download will start and compete.

Step 5: The file is located in your computer's downloads folder.

Installation XAMPP

Step 1: To finish the installation, click the mouse's right button.

Step 02: Click Next> Next> to finish the installation. Complete 

Please follow the instructions below to remove the tick mark during the illustration process.

XAMPP Control Panel

After completing installation you will get the XAMPP Control Panel.

Later on, you can also access the XAMPP control panel as shown below.

Click "Allow" if you see this popup.

The XAMPP Control Panel is this. To begin working, click the red-marked Start buttons on the server.

WordPress is a CMS (Content Management System) required to create a website.

To download, follow the instructions below:

Step 1: To locate this website, search for "WordPress download".

Step 2: To download, click the red-marked.

Step 3: The download will begin.

Step 4: You will find the zip file at your download folder.

The time has come to create a website. Let's head out. 

Go to “C:” Drive > Find XAMPP Folder.

Go to XAMPP Folder > Find “htdocs” folder & open it.

Go to htdocs Folder > Delete all files.

Here, make a folder with the name you choose for your website (domain name). 

You obtained a domain name without having to pay a dime. 

From Downloaded WordPress

Step 1 : Copy the zip file of wordpress you downloaded previously.

Step 2 : Paste it at your domain folder. 

Step 3 : Extract the file.

Step 4 : You will get the wordpress folder Green Marked. Delete Zip file Red Marked.

Step 5 : Go to wordpress folder cut all files and folders. Then back to the Domain name folder and past.

Step 6 : Just delete "wordpress"folder Red marked and keep all the Green marked file.

Go to Google and write at addressbar Green Marked: localhost/havnbound.com(as you create domain name at htdocs).

 Note: Do not search at search bar Red Marked.

Here you are. Click continue and install WordPress.

WordPress Installation

Step - 1 

We Need a Database Name

Step – 2

Let’s create Database Name. Search address bar localhost/phpmyadmin

Step - 3

Or Click admin button of XAMPP Control Panel. First Start the Apache & MySQL Button. 

You will get this interface Click Databases

Step – 4

Give a database name. Your Domain name & click create

Step – 5

Database creation completed.

Back to the WordPress Installation Process… 

 Database Name: As we created 

 User Name: root (It’s default) 

 Do not touch green

Click Submit

Step - 6

Click Run the installation

Step - 7

Site Name: Company Name 

 User Name: to enter WordPress ( Make it easy to remember)

 Password: to enter WordPress ( Make it easy to remember) 

 If your password is week tik confirm Password Your E mail: Give a mial id 

 Click Install WordPress

Step - 8

Click Log in

 User name and Password

Here you are. WordPress Dashboard.
