Keyword Search Volume -
Criteria = Search Volume (100 - 2500)
Tools - Google Keyword Planner / Keyword Surfer / Word Stream
Example - Keyword : best programmable coffee maker - Search Volume : 1900
Actual Competitor (Based on Keyword)-
Find out Process = Write on google search bar - allintitle:best programmable coffee maker / allintitle:"best programmable coffee maker (Very Specific)
Example - allintitle:best programmable coffee maker - About 1850 results.
Ranking Difficulty -
Tools - ahrefs.com/keyword-difficulty / or / ahrefs keyword difficult checker
Keyword Difficulty < 25 According to ahref
Note : A keyword difficulty score lower means the site has a chance of ranking on Google.
Page Authority (PA) : SEO strength of Page / Domain Authority : SEO strength of Domain -
At least one (1 website) on the first page (SERP) with PA/DA score under 40 (DA/PA < 40).
Tools - Mozbar / Domain Authority Checker.
At least one (1 website) on the first page (SERP) do not have exact keyword in the title -

Monthly Search Volume (MSV) 20% - Visitor visits - Website (Hypothetically) -
Example - (1900*.20)=380
Conversion 10% MSV - Visitor Buy - (Hypothetically) -
Example - (380*.10)=38
Product Cost (Average of items cost) - (Summation of Total Product Price/Number of Products) -
Note : Products have to be above 100 items (Like - Amazon).
Example - (1850/10)=185
Affiliate Commission (Amazon) -
Check affiliate site for commission rate. Commission rate is considered on product categories.
Return on Investment(ROI)-
If amazon commission rate is 4.5% of products. So, monthly commission = {(Average product price*commission rate)*Sell items-Conversion)

Keyword Golden Ratio (KGR) -
KGR means a low competitive Keyword with low search volume. So it should be used 30% in the contents from 100%.

Note : But the Ratio has to be under 0.25 (KGR<0.25). KGR Targets for Google ranking.
